(HMG) – I think most of us have had enough of Tila Tequila and apparently so has her publicist, and who could blame her? With Tila’s recent behavior her publicist Jessica Cohen found herself more in the role of falling on hand grenades instead of promoting. Tila’s recent antics have included accusations of assault against former boyfriend Shawne Merriman, weird video rants, claims of being pregnant, the death of her supposed fiancee, heiress Casey Johnson,a 911-inducing disagreement with Nicky Hilton and Bijou Phillips over Casey’s dogs, ranting about the Johnson family not allowing her to attend Casey’s funeral, an ongoing Twitter smackdown with Jasmine Lennard among others. I don’t know that a publicist has had a tougher client to make look good since Heather Mills’ spokeperson bailed. The bad news is Tila still is a media draw and it likely won’t make any difference in how she behaves.

Giuseppe Joe Giudice, husband of Teresa Giudice from Real Housewives of New Jersey was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving, and failure to maintain a traffic lane. On top of that, cops from another town swooped in and arrested him over some outstanding warrants.

Montville Township Police Department responded to an emergency call made at 1:47 am after a car struck a pole in Montville. Joe was then taken to Morrison Memorial Hospital where blood samples were taken, confirming that Joe was indeed drunk off his ass.

Oh wait theres more.

Cops say there were warrants out for his arrest in Clifton, NJ over some city ordinance violations — so the MTPD handed Joe over to the Clifton PD, who locked him up and held him on $2,625 bail. He was released at 6:20 AM.

Forbes Magazine named Beyonce and Jay-Z Hollywoods Top Earning Couple of 2009. This isn’t the couple’s first time on Forbes’ list. Last year they also came in the top spot, pulling in $162 million.

[HMG] – It what may yet be a theme, we follow the news of Lindsay Lohan’s ’stolen’ sex tape with a report that the star of ABC’s ‘Greek,’ Jesse McCartney has a sexy photo now floating around.

It seems a bitter ex-girlfriend of the 22-year old singer now has the pic – which apparently shows Jesse lying on a bed, wearing nothing but a candy G-string – and is now hawking it around every down-market tabloid and blog in a lurid campaign to score a fast buck.

But the Post says Jesse has now unleashed his lawyers; His chief legal eagle, Sawn Chapman Holley has sent out a ‘Cease and Desist’ letter, threatening doom and destruction on anyone who dares use the photo.

“A person is attempting to circulate a nude photo which purports to be Mr. McCartney,” says Ms Holley. “Mr. McCartney was unaware of the taking of this alleged photo, did not knowingly participate in the taking of it, and certainly did not consent to that act.”

And in a curious twist, her letter continues;

In addition, the alleged photo of Mr. McCartney appears to have been manipulated and doctored by computer software.”

‘Alleged’ means you’ve heard it, but can’t prove it. So how can something whose truth you can’t prove also ‘appear’ to have been manipulated?….If it’s ‘alleged’ you can’t have seen it to know that?

Deftly avoiding any clarification of this pretzel-like logic, Ms. Holley then concludes by stating that publication of the…ahem!..alleged picture, “would be a grave invasion of Mr. McCartney’s privacy,” and that she will gladly pursue any such use, with the goal of securing “substantial monetary damages.”

Mr. McCartney and his reps must be rubbing their hands…

Having not made a movie any sane being could endure in almost three years, Lindsay Lohan now has a new video preparing to debut which she’s hoping will sink without trace.

A 47-second video of Lohan performing a sex act with a mystery man…Yes, a man !…is now being touted around the less ethical media that are found in LA, but no-one is buying it…yet.

“The video is pretty seedy and shows Lindsay engaged in a sex act which should remain private,” says a source. “She was desperate to start 2010 on a good footing, and this is the last thing she needs.

True…But the publicity isn’t.

The tape was apparently offered to the men’s magazine, Hustler for $150,000. But as the seller described by the Mirror as ‘a waiter with a well-known chain restaurant’ – does not own it outright, both Hustler and the others refused to buy in case they get sued.

However, the man was advised by possible buyers to upload the footage to a porn site outside the US. Once downloaded from there it’s fair game for the world;

“If, or rather when it’s released on the internet, there’s nothing she or her lawyers can do about it,” says the snitch.

If there was one shred of justice still left in this world, such an act would sink what little is left of her faded career. And Lohan allegedly knows it;

“She’s very distressed – particularly as she’s working on cleaning up her act, says the insider. She just made a serious documentary for the BBC and she’s scared that’s in jeopardy now. It’s fair to say she’s had a pretty sordid 24-hours.”

This whole story mirrors Paris Hilton’s self-serving maneuver so closely, it’s almost caricature; The heir-head had no career and no talent, then a sex tape gets ‘leaked’…and overnight she’s a name. Lindsay’s hype-enhanced ‘fame’ is deservedly dying and I challenge you to prove she did not start this story herself…

Conan O’Brien, who reportedly got the final shaft this afternoon when Jay Leno was given back his Tonight Show gig, is prepared to take his former D-Bag employers to court.

Sources are saying that Conan is lawyering up to sue NBC over this whole late-night, time slot war.

Let it out, hun!

In her new interview with W Magazine, Rihanna opens up further about the night Chris Brown assaulted her.

Even though she has discussed the events of that fateful night several times during the course of the last few months, the interview showcases Rihanna’s growth in understanding her relationship with Beat-Her-Down and how wrong it really was. She confesses:

“There were control issues, insecurity. When people are insecure, they become very controlling and they can get very aggressive and in turn abusive. It doesn’t have to be physical. Like, they would say bad stuff to you to make you feel lesser than them, just so they would have control in the relationship. It takes a big toll on your emotions and on your everyday life. It changes you.”

We’re sure it does. But that emotional toll she endured has made her a stronger person and performer, and while it might seem publicly talking about that night is her attempt to hurt Chris’career, nothing could be farther from the truth. Rihanna says:

“At first, I completely shut down. But now I feel like this happened to me so I could be a voice for young girls who are going through what I went through and don’t know how to talk about it. It’s not about Chris, about hurting him or sabotaging his career. I don’t care about that part of it.”

Nor should you. Nor should anyone!
