Well-said, Snooks! No need to to lay off the happy juice and stop fist-pumping your way through life, you just have to be conscious of what you’re eating/drinking and ready to do a little physical activity!

Since the viral video of Filipino prison inmates dancing to “Thriller” was posted on-line back in July, it’s received over 10 million views.

To celebrate the DVD release of the late Michael Jackson documentary This Is It, Jackson’s choreographer Travis Payne and dancers Daniel Celebre and Dres Reid went to the Cebu Provincial Dentention and Rehabilitation Center and staged this FANTASTIC dance tribute to the pop star with 1500 inmates to “They Don’t Really Care About Us.”

Last night at the Grammys Michael Jacksons children Prince and Paris Jackson accepted the Lifetime Achievement Award on his behalf.

Michael is probably rolling in his grave at the site of his kids on tv. He was private along with the kids and now that he is gone his family has them out in the public eye. The Jackson family should respect Micheal andstop trying to make money off his children.

Geri Halliwells boyfriend Henry Beckwith was arrested Saturday night in London for cocaine possession.

A source at the party states:

“Beckwith is a regular and was here partying in the early hours of Sunday morning. He was seen going outside and around the corner, where he was searched by the police. Raffles has a strict policy on drugs – anyone found with them in the club will be banned.I’m sure Geri wasn’t too delighted he had been arrested for drugs.”

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said:

“We can confirm a 31-year-old man was found with a quantity of white powder in Paulton Square where he was arrested on suspicion of possessing a class A drug.”

Wow!!

Geri really knows how to pickem. It’s obviuous she didnt care about the arrest because she met up with her boy toy the following night at The Ivy with David Walliams and George Michael’s ex, Kenny Goss.

Could it be that this spice girl dabbles in the white powder also?

Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James is on a desperate search for his beloved pooch, Cinnabun.

The pit bull went missing last Monday in Long Beach, CA, and Jesse is desperately trying to get his dog back.

In fact, he originally offered $2,000 for the return of his dog. And now the offer just went up to $5,000!

James took to his Twitter account and posted the following message:

Let’s hope Cinnabun is safe and returned home soon.

Evangeline Lilly revealed in a recent interview with E! that she doesn’t plan to continue acting after ‘Lost’ is over!

“Acting is something I appreciate, and I think it’s been an amazing experience,” Evi tells me. “But I’m not passionate about acting the way you probably should be to call yourself an actor.” She adds that she’ll probably continue on in the film world in some kind of capacity at some point, but “I just haven’t found where that is yet. I don’t know if anything has gelled yet. I don’t know if it fits.”

She’d like to enjoy leading a normal life for a while:

“I want to have some quiet space,” Evangeline says of her post-Lost plans, which will include philanthropic work in Rwanda. “[I want to] drop off the radar a little bit and enjoy a little bit of normalcy again.”

While she plans to possibly end her career as an actress, her co-star, Matthew Fox has his sights set a bit higher – or somewhere else completely.

“I think this will be the last time you see me on TV,”

“I’m either going to do the kind of things I want to do in the film world, or maybe I’ll just do something else entirely.”

Like they need more of it!

Randy and Evi Quaid are in even more legal trouble today, this time for being more creepy than usual!

Becky Altringer is filing a restraining order against the couple for harassing her and making violent threats. Becky used to work for the Quaids as a private investigator but quit last June as the relationship went south.

Calling them “bullies and criminals” Becky is heading to court on Wednesday to have a judge order the Quaids stay away from her. She received damaging evidence to help her case this morning, when Randy and Evi left Becky an obscene and violent voicemail on her cell phone. Becky is hoping the judge will rule that the couple cannot have any contact with her, via phone, email, or in person.

If only the entire world could get such a deal!
