At least, according to Southwest Airlines!

Director Kevin Smith was kicked off a flight leaving Oakland airport because they deemed him a safety risk and asked him to leave the flight. The worst part was that he was already seated and buckled in!

He took to his Twitter to explain.

“I broke no regulation, offered no ’safety risk,’ (what, was I gonna roll on a fellow passenger?),” he Tweeted. “I’m way fat… But I’m not THERE just yet.”

The airline eventually apologized and put him on another flight with $100 voucher for his trouble, but Smith wasn’t having it!

“Dear @SouthwestAir, I’m on another one of your planes, safely seated & buckled-in again, waiting to be dragged off in front of the normies,” he continued to Tweet. “Look how fat I am on your plane! Quick! Throw me off!”

Southwest even sent him some apologetic Tweets after they saw all the support he received on Twitter for his embarrassing inconvenience.

Ugh! Poor guy! That’s enough to make you wanna eat!

An Orange Country judge is ordering for all of Rossi’s financial records to be handed to him in time for Gretchen’s March 10th court date.

It will be decided whether or not Rossi will have to fork over $18k in legal fees to the man she slapped with a restraining order last year, which a judge later dismissed.

So if she can’t afford the $18,000 in legal fees…

WTF happened to the $2.5 mil she was awarded from her deceased husband’s inheritance????

(HMG) – “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson did a very revealing interview for the new March issue of Details on a number of topics, but his comments regarding the photo spread that features him (clothed) with lots and lots of naked women surrounding him raised some eye brows. After being surrounded by beautiful naked women for hours, Pattinson basically said that he was rather uncomfortable, allergic to a certain female body part, and just lucky that he had a hungover.

“I really hate vaginas. I’m allergic to vagina. But I can’t say I had no idea, because it was a 12-hour shoot, so you kind of get the picture that these women are going to stay naked after, like, five or six hours. But I wasn’t exactly prepared. I had no idea what to say to these girls. Thank God I was hung over.”
