[HMG] – We told you yesterday that Tiger Woods has now decided to emerge from the seemingly bottomless bunker into which his transgressions have so firmly placed him, but wife Elin Nordegren will be a no-show.

Golf’s ex-golden child will make his first appearance since the whole scandal broke at the ‘TPC Sawgrass’ clubhouse in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, tomorrow. But when asked by reporters if she planned to attend, Mrs. Tiger said nothing.

And the event is planned, so we’re told as Tiger’s first and only public apology;

While Tiger feels that what happened is a matter between him and his wife, he also recognizes he’s let a lot of people close to him down, says his rep’s latest statement. He also let down his fans. He wants to begin the process of making amends and thats what hes going to discuss.

Beginning at around 11am Eastern, the 34-year old golfing giant is due to make a statement of 5-7 minutes, accompanied by “a small group of friends, colleagues and close associates,” according to Radar. He is expected to apologize for his actions, but will accept no questions from what is likely to be a positive forest of inquisitive media.

This is Tiger’s first outing since the scandal broke last November, and the first step in the path of his return to the scene. His reps say he now plans to enter the ‘Tavistock Cup’ in Orlando on March 22nd, followed by golf’s Mount Everest ‘The Masters,’ which tees off in Georgia on April 8th.

And with prize money over $1-million he could sure use the funds!

Since completing rehab, Tiger has lived at the couple’s main home Windermere, while Elin has moved into a rented a property a mile away. And her non-appearance tomorrow suggests she may soon go for good.

It seems Harry Potter’s Bonnie Wright and Twilight’s Jamie Campbell Bower have found love!

The two, who’ll star together in the upcoming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, were rumoured to be dating in October, but denied reports of coupledom.

Bower, who plays Caius in the vampire series, and Wright, who portrays Harry Potter’s love Ginny Weasley, finally admitted to their happy relationship.

Yes, were dating,” admitted Bonnie. “Weve been seeing each other for a few months, its good. Were going to the BAFTAs together on Sunday.

What a trooper!

Lea Michele, known around the world now for her role in Glee, has been suffering through some rough routines as the rehearsals have left her with damaged back muscles.

Um, aren’t you only 23? Is this normal for someone so young? We don’t think so!

Rather than take it easy for awhile, Lea is forging ahead with the show, as she says the experience is worth dealing with the pain for. She explains:

“We all did this one dance number a couple of weeks ago that was extremely gruelling. Now I have back spasms every so often. I’ll be talking and be like, ‘Excuse me a minute,’ and my back will just spaz out. And then I’ll be fine. But we ignore it because we’re all just happy doing what we do. We don’t pay attention to our injuries.”

You’re going to pay for that later, bb! We think once the show goes on hiatus and before you go on tour, you should take some much needed rest. Let that back of yours enjoy a relaxing afternoon or seven.

And speaking of that Glee tour you and Cory Monteith mentioned a month ago and have not talked about since, keeping fans anxiously waiting for news while also finding a way to cope with the show not even being on the air – when is it????

Last weekend at an event she was hosting in Vegas, Heidi Montag shared with PEOPLE about designing her own clothing. She talked about what she was wearing on the red carpet:

Pink is a color full of love and its so vibrant and beautifuland it was, of course, very festive, she tells PEOPLE. It was exactly what I wanted to wear for my new body. Ive never felt sexier or more confident in my life. It was revealing but still kept something to the imagination. It hugged all my curves perfectly.

Heidi shared what inspires her when she’s designing her clothing:

Most of my inspiration comes from old movies and I have tons of books on old Hollywood. I just love the magnificence of that timethe sequins, the sexiness. I want to capture the true luster of Hollywood in all my designs.

She plans to branch out from just designing her own clothes:

This is just the beginning. Id really love to eventually wear mostly my only designs. And I really would love to do a low end line [for my] fans and it can be really accessible and then a one of a kind couture line to really showcase my creativity.

This summer she’s planning a swimwear line:

These two have quite the tumultuous relationship!

After reportedly being on the outs from Aerosmith and notably bandmate Joe Perry, lead singer Steven Tyler wrote of his excitement to headline the UK’s Download Festival in June with the band:

“In the early days of Aerosmith we were infected with the vibe coming out of the UK with the Yardbirds, Blues Breakers, Pretty Things and the Stones and we wanted what they had bad. So baby, we’re coming home. Rock & Roll can be pure sex and we can’t wait to Download…”

We guess they aren’t looking a replacement anymore?

There has been no official statement from Aerosmith’s camp, but dummer Joey Kramer Tweeted “Aerosmith is back!” yesterday.

Sounds like they might have gotten their shiz together because let’s be honest — there is NO Aerosmith without Steven Tyler!

The British tabloids were abuzz today after Simon Cowell’s new girlfriend was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger (see gallery). Makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy has just recently started dating Simon, but that didn’t curb the rumors. They were even noting that Simon now wanted to have kids, too.

However, a source close to Simon told E! that he is definitely not engaged.

I think the media is in a bigger hurry for Simon to settle down than he is.

It’s the great Shiloh vs. Knox debate! Ever since these photos surfaced this morning – there has been a great divide about WHICH child of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s this really is. Some say it’s definitely Shiloh, while others say it’s Knox.

I want to vote with Knox, but I might be reconsidering. Shiloh’s hair is pretty blonde and she has Angelina’s lips. She does wear more “boyish” type of clothes. I thought the size of the child seemed on target with a two year old (considering how tall Angie and Brad are), but I’m starting to see your points. I’m swinging toward Shiloh now. lol
