Kara DioGuardi opened up to Womens Health Magazine for their upcoming April issue. In it, the ‘American Idol’ judge discussed her battle with an eating disorder, her healthy eating habits, exercise routine and personal growth.

She battled an eating disorder in her early twenties: Id pretty much clean out the refrigerator. Food was my drug of choice. It anesthetized me so I wouldnt have to feel whatever I was feeling. Id stuff myself full of sugar and fall asleep.

Healthy eating habits: The more roughage you eat, the more it fills you up.

She drinks lots of water: Two huge bottles a day, minimum. I have them around one upstairs, one in the car to force me to remember.

Her exercise routine: Two miles of running or 25 minutes of cardio boxing, treadmill, step-ups, walking lunges, sprints. I mix it up. And weight training is important as you get older. You build muscle which burns fat when youre at rest.

Her loved ones are honest with her: Someone [close to me] said, You may want to work on your arms theyre a little jigglyThe people in my life have no qualms about telling me when I dont look great.

After getting her first job in the music industry: I started to feel better about my life. I was answering phones and getting water but I also learned about the music business.

On her plans to take some stuff off her plate when she has kidsItll be a lot of pressure being in charge of a little soul who will someday judge me if Im not there for the school play.

Shes finally contentFor the first time in my life, Im content. I dont feel the need to prove myself anymore.

Here’s Scarlett Johansson leaving her New York City apartment building this afternoon. The actress was wearing very little make up and didn’t interact with the paparazzi. She typically doesn’t enjoy the attention.

It was just announced that Scarlett has joined ‘The Avengers’ cast alongside John Krasinski, Robert Downey Jr., Jeremy Renner, Ed Norton and Chris Hemsworth. What a cast!

It wasn’t a secret: Mischa Barton is going through financial woes these days. She’s even selling her properties. But she really hit rock bottom when she actually went to a drugstore for basic shopping and all her credit cards were denied. Ouch!

Kendra Wilkinson sorta slammed Kate Gosselin’s parenting skills on Wednesday morning’s Today show!

The upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars was a topic of conversation, and Kendra bluntly stated:

I would definitely say no to [DWTS], because I am that mom that wants to be there every step. I don’t want to spend three months away from my baby. I just couldn’t do that.

Ouch!

The kind-hearted Wilkinson was quick to apologize, though, posting on her official Twitter: “Didn’t mean to bash Kate just meant to say I hate leaving my baby..lol. Sorry if ppl took it that way.”

We’ve seen the ring, but what about the dress???

Hilary Duff is starting to talk about her wedding plans to hockey player Mike Comrie. Of course, she says she’s very “excited” and the first thing on her agenda is the dress. She has something in mind, but she just hasn’t found it yet. She explains:

“I want it to be girlie and kind of on the bigger side but not too overwhelming because I’m so small. I mean, people would be like, ‘Whoa, cupcake!’”

Go big or go home, we say! The more taffeta the better!

Hil also mentions they have yet to set a date or a location, but she did share some crucial informatoin about the wedding party – her sister, Haylie, will act as maid of honor!

Matt Damon was recently interviewed while on the PR trail for his newest flick, The Green Zone, and one of the questions asked of the actor was his future involvement with the Bourne franchise.

While the suspense, action-thrillers all but gave him a career in the genre, Matt says he is done with the series for good and plans to never return. He did have some ideas, however, on how to keep the Bourne dream alive without him. He says:

“I think there’s a good way to do a prequel with someone else, but not me. What any studio is interested in is making a franchise like Bourne an evergreen that can just go on and on. With me playing him, Bourne got his memory back three times. So I don’t think anybody wants to see me say ‘I don’t remember’ again. But you could do a prequel with another actor being the first Bourne before his identity gets passed on to me. In fact, why not two or three? As for me coming back to do him again, I’m just saying no.”

Even though I really enjoyed the Bourne series, I would have to agree with Matt….No More Bourne!

But I must say he does have a great idea for the next movie.
