Jesse James and Kat Von D continued to take their relationship public today. The new couple spent time doing some exciting things around West Hollywood – like putting gas in their car and walking around.

Kat’s new perfume ad tag line seems to have deeper meaning now that she’s said that she thinks Jesse is the one:

“Life holds new meaning when you’re in love.”

[HMG Celebrity News] – Chris Klein has gotten off with the minimum for a second DUI offender — 96 hours in jail (time he has already served), after he was busted again on suspicion of driving while drunk.

This time around Chris was caught at 3.13am on the 101 Freeway near Sherman Oaks, where the police report says he was;

“Observed weaving from the #3 lane into the #2 and #4 lane, westbound at Woodman Ave.”

Chris’s blood-alcohol level at .24 was pretty much three times the legal limit of ‘.08′. Chris was arrested in 2004 for the same reasons, and was eventually convicted of DUI. He could have received up to 1 year in jail this time, but the judge recognized he had taken steps to get better by checking into a rehab clinic where he stayed for 2 months, almost immediately after his arrest. Still he will be under probation for the next 4 years and and is required to drive a car with an alcohol interlock device.

Best known as “Oz” from 1999’s ‘American Pie,’ the Illinois native has featured in several more films, and also has the unwelcome distinction of being the man whom Katie Holmes dumped in 2005 after five years together to marry Tom Cruise.
